Hermès Kelly is characterized by its signature trapezoidal silhouette, a single rolled top handle, a front flap closure with two horizontal straps (sangles), and a center turn-lock fastening accompanied by an attached padlock, keys, and leather clochette. Unlike the rigid "Sellier" style, the "Retourne" construction is sewn inside out and then turned right side out, giving the bag softer, rounded edges and a slightly slouchier, more relaxed appearance over time
